Producer

On this project, I took on the role of lead producer and was in charge of all pitching, presenting, and team meetings. I managed our Jira board and facilitiated cross-communication between teammates to make sure everyone had what they needed in order to finish their tasks on time.

Writer/Narrative Designer

Script


I was tasked with writing a loose story for this quirky fighting game, one that would fit both the mystical Chinese themes and would not distract from what was intended to be a rather short game.
I worked very closely with the game's vision holder, who is also a Chinese national. We worked hard to make sure the game was respectful, while still keeping that larger-than-life "kung-fu" movie feeling.

Level Design

Designing this level was a new challenge for me, as the player was not able to freely explore it, but rather stay in the arena and can only see the level from there. I had to make sure to have interesting things for the player to see in the background of their fighting experience, without distracting too much.
